“Dining in the Dark” takes you on a journey of taste, sound and touch, all in the dark. You will be seated in a literally pitch black dining room where you will be guided and served by visually impaired or totally blind servers that have been specially trained to serve meals in the dark. They will casually and comfortably offer guidance and reassurance to sighted guests. The impact of this experience is instant and profound. When the meal is over guests then proceed to the lobby and re-enter the light, unlike those who live in a constant state of darkness.
